Had a few other similar led garage lights that plug into the bulb socket but needed one that had an electrical socket. Works well, sturdy, seems well made. Gets warm but typical for these types of lights. For the price, it's a good deal.

Excellent item! Bright flood my shop floor with clear white light. Easy install. The chain is only 6” long so if u need to hang in down from a high ceiling u will need to order a longer chain

I ordered and received these lights in excellent time at a very good price. I test-installed one and discovered that it works as advertised, but that I needed more lumens, so I returned them and ordered stronger instruments. The good news is that the return was painless. I used the Amazon "gift card" refund option and had my refund about 2 hours after dropping off my lights at UPS. Soooo, if you aren't sure about your brightness requirement, gently open the package, test mount and see. That way, if you have to return the product, the seller can easily test and turn it around. That'll save us all money in the long run.Note to Amazon: this rating scheme lists "motion detection" and this product does not have that feature...
