Nails were stronger. Hair felt thicker and very shiny. Didn't notice any change to the skin.

Over priced and didn’t find it effective at all. I have been taking it for a month and I didn’t feel any difference and it’s overpriced on Amazon. If you buy from the website it’s £20 cheaper
