Good quality for the price
I was pleasantly surprised at the level of quality for the low price. It performed like a big brand pad.A few criticisms. First the width of the mattress itself is only 25" wide, not 27.5". The remaining 2.5" of width are the fabric edges with the snaps for connecting to other pads. Also the loft is not 4". I measured 3.5" high. The weight is 2 lbs.The fabric feels smooth with a silky texture. The valve is impressive. There is a one-way valve membrane similar to Big Agnes pads. The membrane does not let air escape unless you press on it. You can then control the amount air you let out air if you want to reduce the firmness. To fully deflate the pad just pop open the main cap and all the air rushes out.The pad held onto air like a champ for days. No air loss at all.The built-in pump worked well. Took me less than 2 minutes of foot pumping to inflate the pad.The built-in pillow is not too high, though I would prefer a version of the pad without a pillow. It's all personal preference.I tested out several pads and this one shined above the rest for price, quality and weight. Hopefully they eventually make the same pad without a built-in pillow bump.I highly recommend this pad.

Slippery!
This is my first camping pad, as a kid I used a yoga mat and one of those unfoldable chair/nap bed things when I camped or just slept on the tent floor with my sleeping bag. I'm not sure how I feel about this one. It's easy to set up and take down, but between the mat and my sleeping bag I keep sliding down away from the pillow! My sleeping bag is longer than the mat (funny rookie mistake) so I tried tucking the hood under the top end of the mat but I slid down anyway. Amused but annoyed. Update: I've now used it 10 times on a clean house floor and it deflated twice last night. My hips and shoulders were on the floor. I can't find a leak, can't hear anything, checked valves.... I'm no longer impressed.

Foot pump is a gimmick that doesn't work all that great.
These are comfortable and inflate to a useful size, and work fine for camping. However, the advertised foot-powered pump is a gimmick that doesn't work. It's better to just inflate them by blowing into it or using an external pump.
