Rael Organic Cotton Cover Sanitary Pads for Women, Heavy (Overnight, 20 Ct)

I've been using these pads for a couple of years now, and they are the only ones I consistently come back to. I love that they have an organic cotton cover, which gives me greater peace of mind about the products I'm using each month. I have a heavy flow, and these have been reliable, comfortable, and absorbent. The only thing is the wings do not stay in place very well. They're gentle on my skin and feel much more comfortable than conventional pads. If you're looking for a dependable pad made with organic cotton, I highly recommend giving these a try. They've become my go-to choice.

These Rael pads are absolutely the best! The organic cotton cover is so soft and gentle - no more irritation or rashes. They are ultra thin yet incredibly absorbent. The extra long overnight size gives great coverage and I felt completely protected all night. Having the auto-delivery subscription is so convenient. Will never go back to regular pads again!

They are very soft and absorbent!! They work great for sensitive skin people just wish I could find them in stores!

I’m going to try and approach this with a less biased approach: This brand is great. The fact that it’s made with cotton alone is enough. There are too many processed, plastic, and toxic chemical products out there. Because of this, it felt comfortable, it felt like I could wear leggings without constantly worrying about looking like a giant baby in diapers(of course I was still cautious for the fear of leaking). First impression, I was like , “how is this supposed to hold me for the night?!” But I was pleasantly surprised. I got the overnight ones, thinking it would equate to the large ones in the U.S. I checked in the morning, and no leakage ! Not big enough that I can recall. However, during the day, I still noticed the wing moving or little leakage. I don’t know if it’s because I’m moving a lot more that I was laying down or I didn’t attach the wings properly, but I have always had this problem. Anyway, to sum it all up, it was comfortable, it will definitely last a day depending on how heavy your cycle is, it’s really absorbable, and the packaging is cute . Normally, I think this would last you 2-3 cycles. Depends on how heavy your flow is. For the sake of women health, I think it’s worth the price :)

These overnight pads are very absorbent and made with more natural materials, which I really appreciated. They were also comfortable overall, but they are a bit bulky, so they didn’t stay in place quite as well as thinner pads. Even with that, they provided excellent overnight protection, and I’d recommend them if absorbency and natural materials are your top priorities.

Comfortable, non-irritating and absorbent. I have had my menstrual cycle since 1999 and I’ve always had issues with heavy and clotty periods. Some cycles are 7 days long, or I’ll get a pre-period discharge and think it’s my period and slap on a pad, just in case. I had to use Always Overnight/Extra Long pads because of the heaviness of my periods, but after day 3 the plastic would leave me with a rash in my groin crease. As if cramping on my period wasn’t enough, I would have a diaper rash! However, several years ago, I switched over to Rael and do not have the same issues. The pure cotton is non-irritating, and I no longer get those rashes. Other organic pads are not as absorbent, but Rael is. Nothing absorbs clots, but these are the next best thing! They also have wings to keep the pad in place. I’m a size 12-14 and the overnight works perfectly for full coverage for me. The extra long is a little too much, but I were larger it would definitely provide enough coverage! I always buy these in bulk to keep my sanitary closet stocked!

I’ve only used these for a couple days and I can already tell you they’re my favorite. I love that they don’t cause and odors and don’t have a fragrance smell to try to cover it up. I’m trying to move more towards natural products and these are definitely staying in the rotation. They absorb really well. They do have issues of not being as sticky as the other ones I’ve used. Even though they aren’t as sticky, they still stay in place. Love these and definitely will be repurchasing!!

I’ve been using different types of sanitary napkins until I found this one! The first time I used it was a game changer. It didn’t irritate my skin, no leaks and was so comfortable all night. Rael’s organic cotton sanitary pads were the best I’ve used so far. The only thing I would want more was if the wings were a bit wider. Other than that, highly recommended! 👍🏼

Great sized pad, comfortable to wear and use for overnight or very heavy days. My teenage daughter prefers this brand to all others I've bought for us. 😊
