A nice in between size.
Had a 20 and a 30 cm size frying pans, small one food was sticking, plenty of pans to choose from on Amazon .A friend gave me her 11 year old set of Prestige saucepans, I was so impressed that I could make scrambled egg so easily in this old saucepan ,I had stopped making omelettes in frying pan as they stuck.Really good 25cm in between size frying pan omelettes just slide out, only use wooden spatulas so because of the long life Prestige saucepans think this frying pan will last longer than previous pans.

Rubbish
When you boil milk it burns the bottom of the inside even on a very low heat

Great non stick fry pan
Used the fry pan a few times now. Non stick is still working! Pan is quite heavy, so I personally wouldn't be able to flip anything in it. Like the pan.
