Helps with arthritic hands.
Great therapy for my arthtitic fingers. They are 3 different consultancy levels soft, medium and hard. Easy to use and grip. Reasonably priced and recommended by my friend who teaches pilates.

Just what I was looking for
Just what I was looking for. There is not a great deal of difference in the tension of the eggs. Although the Amazon page states 15kg, 25kg, 30kg - its not noticeable. I only really wanted the yellow one but they were all in sets of 3. I am trialling them as I have OA in my hands. I'm hoping the exercises will help. Be aware they arrive in individual bags in a tiny jiffy bag. No leaflets like the Amazon page. No instruction leaflets. They fit into my hand but they could be small for a man sized hand.

Unnoticeable difference in 2 of the eggs firmness
The yellow and orange appear to be the same firmness and all seem to have little flexibility. I think putty would be better for hand issues

Good egg sized stress balls
Got bored hands? Need fidgets? Or maybe arthritis? These are the GaoBangM Gel Hand Balls x 3, Stress Exercise For Finger Strengthening Exercise. These squeezey balls are superb, you get 3 different resistant levels, so suitable for all. The Yellow is soft, Orange is medium and Blue is hard. These are good stress relief for tired hands and will be good rehab for injured or arthritic digits. I fully recommend these, as an ex smoker, I always need something to be playing with.
