This is a memory foam product, it conforms to ur back but gives stability. I have a bulging disc and needing support when I sit. It has helped my back and posture tremendously. It has snaps for a chair but I use it on my sofa because my sofa has no back support. The clips are strong and stretchy so it can fit around a large chair.

So glad I bought it! It is absolutely worth the money! Super comfy with memory foam inside. Fits perfect on my chair! Not sure now how anyone can sit without one

Straps really well to the back of my office chair and has great support! This item is too thick, especially at the base. It pushes me forward in the seat too far. I am tall, so I already have my seat all the way back. It does provide support though.
