This is an eyesight blend with Lutein, Zeaxanthin, and Spinach. If you have been told to take these supplements this has 90 capsules that should last about a month and a half. It comes well packaged and easy to take. The capsules are not too large and they have no taste to them. They have no smell and did not upset my stomach. They are not too expensive for a regular supplement.

With being on the computer all day long, taking care of my eyes a priority over all other supplements. The FloraGlo brand of Lutein is suppose to be the best. This also includes zeaxanthin as well as spinach powder, both of which are key ingredients to maintaining vision. Over the course of the past 2 weeks, I have noticed an improvement in my eye comfort (less dryness and strain) as well as clarity. At just 1 capsule a day this bottle will last you 3 months.
