Tumeric without pepper
I like it because even though black pepper helps with absorption, it can also irritate the stomach. This does not have black pepper. It's also standardized. Definitely helps my arthritic pain

Reduces inflammation
Turmeric / Curcumin really is effective for me. I notice when I don't take it. For me, it helps with post workout muscle soreness, and occasional aches. I usually take turmeric by the teaspoon, mixing it with water and a dash of pepper to help aid in absorption. When traveling, bulk Turmeric is problematic. The capsules make it easy to transport and get a premeasured dose. The quality seems good as I get similar benefits with my bulk turmeric. My only wish would be that it would contain some pepper extract to aid in absorption.

Good product - but delivery is pretty slow
This is a great product, but just FYI delivery time could really be improved. I ordered all my supplements on the same day but this one from a different company. It came a week after everything else did.
