I have eaten a lot of glucosamine msm codritin in my life, I recently found collagen type2 to be much more effective of an ingridient when couple with above combination. I started with a 50 mg collagen concentration which worked wonders with glucosamine and chondrotin. Naturally I started to look for medicines with higher concentration of collagen, and I came across hxn. Having eaten it for 2 weeks now, I can honestly say that it is the WEAKEST joint medicine I have every had to the point where I feel that it is a placebo. I do not think that the components written in the ingredients are added to the extent they r mentioned. Not only I have gotten no relief, my joints r in worse shape than I started. I get no happiness in writing and I would generally let this slide for any other product but this company is selling medicines by branding a certain chemical as a pain reliever and the buyer needs to know that they do not get much or in my case any bang for the buck. I will not be buying this product ever again.
