I have been using this face massager for a few days and really liked the experience. It feels very relaxing on the skin and helps reduce facial puffiness after a tiring day. It stops, then it works and stops suddenly, not sure why. when it works it has a mild vibration good for the face and will not cause any damage. The product is good only issue is it stops suddenly and after a long time it start suddenly.

First time I ordered, it was not working properly. The device won't vibrate. I got a replacement, which was broken.
