This product has helped keep me from being so sick in the winters for the last five years. I was tremendously sick five years ago. My physician recommended 100 mg a day of this product and it kicked butt and did the job. It’s a great product.

Liver Danger Please Read
I’m giving this supplement 5 stars so you read this only. Please, please, please be super careful with supplements. If you are a Woman 8mg and Men 11mg is the recommended daily amount of Zinc. The highest is 40 mg but that is still a dangerous level to be taken daily. High amounts of Zinc can cause liver failure. This has become a major problem with most supplements in the stores and on Amazon. Do your research before purchasing supplements and putting anything in your body. When I went to the emergency room with a massive liver spike they told me that they are seeing more and more people come in with liver problems. I wish you good health.
