I absolutely love this wax as an esthetician. Works great on my clients. I used to use another brand on Amazon, but they were too inconsistent, so I decided to try this brand and fell in love. The aloe one is my go to for all my clients.

not sure if it was a fluke but the first batch i ordered half of them you could not get the cap off because the wax had come out and stuck the cap to the roller. i tried heating it to loosen it which did not work and had to return it. this was in the winter so it wasn't that it had melted en route i don't think.the wax is on the smoother side than others i've tried - as in it's easier to rip off and doesn't come off patchy. when you get to the end of the roller though it starts to not come out very well even though there's a decent amount left so I always end up having to throw away maybe 1/5 of it which seems wasteful. this last problem isn't specific to this product though but to most rollers i've tried so it might be the design of rollers themselves.

Let me start by saying that this is not a beginner, friendly wax whatsoever, nor is a suitable for sensitive skin. I’m used to waxing myself (been doing it for more than five years i’ve worked with hard wax, soft wax sugaring. I’ve tried it all so i’m not new at this) and I do not have sensitive skin yet, I ended up with bruises. I can only imagine how would react to those with sensitive skin. It did wax some of the hairs, but a lot of them were broken off rather than pulled from the roots like wax is supposed to do. I tried my best to get a picture of the broken hairs on my legs buts it’s harder to see on camera then in person. The more firmer areas like on the shin and the sides of my legs, most of my arm didn’t bruise as much there was a lot of redness, which normally there isn’t with other wax. The areas that bruised a lot more were around my knees behind the knee, and around my elbows where the loser skin is. But my main issue with this wax is how sticky it is. It leaves a ridiculous residue. I had washed my hands with soap three times and it wouldn’t come off then I used the bleaching powder that you use on kitchenware and that was able to get most of it off, but I still had some residue on my hands. Since I can’t bleach my entire body, I took a shower for over an hour, scrubbing myself to get as much of the wax off my arms and legs and it still won’t come off. I’ve tried oil as well, and that doesn’t help either. I’ve tried a rough scrub or loofah. I’m still left with tons of residue. The roller wax is supposed to be easy and convenient and mess free but this formula just is not working. I made more of a mess with this wax residue and made it so much harder to clean up.

I like to wax instead of shaving because it takes a while to grow the hair again, but I have a sensitive skin and this wax is incredible, it really helps sensitive skin
