Brought these black seed oil capsules as someone recommended them to help with bloating and help to go toilet I can honestly say they have helped the strength is perfect relieved the pain no taste to them and great value for the money they have helped to settle down my gut and help it to flow better and there is no pain anymore which is amazing I take this capsule after dinner in the evening would highly recommend these .

I take one of these a day and I never get sick. Is it these or are they a placebo and I'm just lucky / I don't know but 100% get less cold sores since taking them

Amazing product which I would highly recommend.Only drawback is the really awful packaging.As you try taking that packaging off it leaves mettalic dust like particles which stock everywhere and may be very dangerous if inhaled or traces left on skin that get onto food.

I got the tablets as I couldn’t face having the liquid each dayThere is an after taste later in the day tho

To be honest I didn’t find any differences before and after taking them, it’s been a while I have been taking them but no difference.It might be helpful to others.

Bought these for my partners aunty in the carribean as shes unable to get them down there so we looked about this was the best price for the amount you get and mg she said there great so would recvomend

Product is like described but I ordered the wrong thing and didn’t realize it till I got them I needed charcoal charcoal pills they are for cleansing. I would like to return these

I really like this brand that I have been taken over a year. I forgot to reorder and noticed a difference in how I felt when I didn't have it to take.

I read a lot about,got curious 🤔, happy I bought it,no side effects,more energy, feel good , eyesight is getting better,so far I only take 1 capsul, recommended 2, didn't want to over do it,easy to swallow with a big sip of water 💦🙂
