I got you, fellow cat lover. One of my cats has kept me up, sleep-deprived for about three years now. She's such a great kitty, but I was at my wit's end.I bought a pack of these and used twine (also from Amazon) to tie the 12 tiles together (using the holes already along the edges of each tile) to make two 'mats' to cover the area outside of my bedroom door.See the result in my included pics. Not fancy, not pretty, but effective! My cat put one paw on it and decided she wouldn't risk going further, and has stayed away since.And since the tiles are tied together to make two mats, in the morning, I just pick them up easily and put them in my bedroom and reverse the 30 sec process at night. Easy!!The mats keep my beloved feline far enough away that she can't paw and scratch at my door. Her yowl is farther away and therefore not as loud. I am back today to purchase another set to keep her even farther away.Don't worry - I give her plenty of love and cuddles during day and play in the evening. She has food all night , a clean litter box and two cat playmates. Girl is living a good life-- She's just needy, not mistreated. Now I get more sleep and wake up happier!

These are great for deterring our cats from certain areas, like under the clothing hanging in my closet. They’re brittle, little pieces do break off, and they kind of cling together. But overall an easy, lightweight solution for my (too many) indoor cats :)

This is very helpful to keep my cats off the counter. At first they tried to jump around it to bypass it, but now even if it is not there they stay off. Needs washed now and then if you have been preparing food around it, but a good scrub brush with long bristles makes washing easier.

There will be blood. The spikes are needle sharp on this mat, and will puncture your pet’s toe pads. He won’t be able to go to the area you want to restrict him from because he won’t be able to walk.

I have no idea why you would send these without a clear way to attach them to sofas or chairs. On top of that my kitties think they are a place to get rubbed. They walk on them.

Used it for the past week. The size worked perfectly for my rocking chair cushions. It's soft enough to not cause harm so a safe option for owners. I was attempting to deter a stray cat from napping on my cushions and doormat. I combined a few using zip ties and placed them on my doormat. It works!

No more dogs on the sofa at night or when we are not home!! They work!!
