Can these be used more than once or are they single use?

Yes they can be used over and over again. I keep one in my car, in my purse, in my golf bag, and you can keep them just about any place. I am not sure how many times you can use them without washing them off and reusing them again. They are quite handy.

Do you have to wet it?

No you don’t have to wet it. It works well at getting even greasy fingerprint smudges out. But you can wet it if you want to.

how long do they last?

Not sure, but I dont use mine that often but the one has lasted almost a year.

Are these “carbon microfiber”? If not, what’s the difference?

I donot know if they are carbon microfiber, They are VERY good cleaning eyeglasses.
