How often should I use them?

Use them as often as you like! I use them for 10 days straight each month! IT WORKS!!!!

Does it remove cellulite?

I have only used Nuubu on the bottom of my feet. It does take away stress and also gives me more energy during the day. I feel better after using this product for the 5 days recommended. I don't think it will remove cellulite.

On the package I received it says Made in P.R.C, which I assume stands for People's Republic of China
