Quality, Sturdy Baking Pan and Rack
So sturdy for a large tray! Well made, easy to use, and distributes heat evenly. Easy clean up. Fits in drawer below stove. I have used it weekly and have been impressed each time.

Very Sturdy.
It's extremely hard to determine a pan's quality by looking at pictures.I was watching a bacon cooking demo on a social media chanel using this pan and highly recomnending it for making 'very crispy' bacon. The full sheet pan is very heavy and large, bordering on awkward, which may be an issue for some people. If that's the case, it may prove easier to buy the 'half sheet' size.As-is, the full sheet size will barely fit in a regular sized sink standing-up, if that helps. The baking screen that fits in the pan is impressive as it is non-stick. The squares on the screen are relatively small however, which is great for cooking, but they do make clean-up somewhat more difficult. Keeping oven heat lower, spraying Pam on the screen and using foil on the pan bottom helps immensly.Being slightly on the large side, it will fit an entire pack of bacon on the screen's surface, with a little bit of room left over. The pan itself is very, very sturdy and relatively deep, providing very even heat, there's zero flexing or movement compared to using thinner baking pans. Because clean-up time is a mild pain, I tend to cook two packs of bacon back-to-back in the same run.Overall, very impressed.

Good pan at a fair price
I bought this pan specifically for making crispy baked chicken (from a link in the recipe I had found). Works great to let the fat drip off and allow air circulation all around the skin-on chicken legs I baked. They came out delicious with minimal prep needed (buy skin-on chicken leg quarters, rub on oil, salt, pepper and other seasonings of your choice, place on baking sheet with rack and bake). Cleanup of the sheet is easy and straightforward. Cleanup of the rack is a little more time-consuming because I move the soapy dish cloth in multiple directions over every inch of each side, giving special attention to the feet in case any food is stuck in them. Then I run water over every spot, while rubbing with my hand to ensure all the soap is off. Then I examine carefully under good lighting and touch-up any missed spots. The non-stick coating definitely helps to make cleaning this set easier, as I've been able to clean them without any soaking or heavy scrubbing needed. Just time-consuming because there are so many nooks and crannies and I'm thorough to go over everything well. I am really glad I have a large sink to wash/rinse these in, or I'd have soap and water splashed everywhere with a smaller sink. After washing/rinsing I towel dry immediately (well, the pan at least... the grid gets more of a blot-dry).Overall, very happy with this set. Seems sturdy, cleans up well for something with so many nooks and crannies, and makes yummy crispy baked chicken.

Baking Bacon!
On the keto diet, bacon is a new friend. And, while many times it serves well to cook it in the skillet, and use the bacon grease to prep the next protein item, it sometimes nice to prep bacon with zero mess and less fuss. I kept coming across an oven-based way to do that, in various keto diet blogs and vlogs, so I thought I'd give it a go.Ordered this pan and rack, and it is beautifully made, very solid, a wonderful piece of cookware. All seemed well....but.....First time was a TOTAL DISASTER. Not the pan's fault, but my method. I used the rack, heat was too high, and set off the smoke alarm and was an epic mess to clean up, with bacon sticking to the rack like glue.Read up some more on what to do when that happens, haha, and learned to just foil the pan, skip the rack, add some high heat oil (I use a little bit of Organic Avocado oil) and reduce the heat. I cook it at 325, flip it once at 10 minutes, and it's done at 20 minutes. Comes out perfect, every single time, zero mess, and so easy. Tastes wonderful, uniform crispness, bacon bliss. This pan is high quality and it is evident in how well the bacon comes out, with the cooking so consistent, same result each time. I'm confident this would be a big winner for any cooking project, and I highly recommend it. For keto folks, an even bigger recommendation for the best way to cook bacon, mess free and hassle free -- well, once you get the method buttoned down, haha.Highly recommend this product!Hope this helps your shopping! Thanks for reading. :)

FANTASTIC PAN!
This is an awesome pan! It is very non-stick and it very heavy duty. I will definitely purchase another one and I highly recommend it to anyone.

Great pans, but stinky!
Purchased two of these pans for meal prepping. I have a standard size range, and the pans fit perfectly inside the oven which was predicted by Amazon’s “see this item in your home” feature. They’re very sturdy pans, and work great for my purposes. However, there is a chemical smell that took a couple uses to dissipate. This was despite the fact that I washed the pans before using, and after each use.Still, I’d purchase them again because they work great for my purposes.

Just what I needed,
I bought this to cook all the foods I want crispy all around. I love USA Pans. I’ve been replacing all my pans with them. They are totally non stick. Heavier weight for even cooking. You need to hand wash to preserve the non stick. But don’t let that discourage you. It’s supper easy and quick with just a swipe of a sponge or nylon scrubber. Nothing sticks! The grid is sturdier than most. There is support in the middle that keeps it from sagging in the middle. I am such a fan of USA Pans. They are not expensive. Give them a try. You will not be disappointed, in fact you will be pleasantly surprised at the quality.
