Avantree C81 USB-C Bluetooth Audio Adapter for PS5 with aptX Low Latency Support and Included Mini Mic

Easy to use and it works perfectly for PS4. I have a Sony Wh-1000xm5 and it paired very fast. I use it every day and i just have to turn on the headphones to connect them, as there can be multiple bluetooth connections.BE AWARE!! To connect to PS4 you should turn off the "Automatically switch output device" option and plug the mic afterwards (or simply take it out and put it back in the controller). Also select the bluetooth device in the output option. This works.If you do not need the mic then you can simply leave the options intact.Some people on PS4 have complained about the mic quality not being perfect, hearing some background noise or the controller itself, but they say it is not annoying at all. I would recommend this.

Amazing item. Helped me to connect the Razer Kraken headset to a ps5. Tried multiple Bluetooth connectors and none of them worked until I tried this one. Definitley recommend if you are trying to connect a Bluetooth headset to a ps5. Easy to use, great value for money and connected quickly.

As a motovlogger, this tiny device definitely has it's pros and cons.Pros:Connected to the DJI Action 3 which is then paired via Bluetooth to my helmet intercom, the audio is very clear when set to +0dB on the DJI Action 3. I can use the audio commands to start and stop recording even when travelling at speeds north of 50mph which is fantastic. This means I don't have to manually press the record button each time.I can now attach the DJI Action 3 to a camera clamp to face me whilst out riding on my bike and have crisp clear audio that is paired wirelessly to my helmet intercom. No more messy wires.I like that the Avantree C81 will automatically pair up with my helmet intercom as soon as it is connected to the DJI Action 3. Maybe it's a bug but I sometimes will have to double press the side button on the Avantree C81 till the LED light turns from blue to white which lets me know that audio is functioning correctly. Double press again to make the LED light switch back to blue.Cons:The background audio is very quiet... Almost too quiet to be honest. You can barely hear the bikes' engine or the noise from traffic or nearby vehicles. Also, one drawback of using this device as a motovlogger is that I personally like to play music that is connected via Bluetooth from my phone to my helmet intercom speakers. Because of this, the Avantree C81 when connected to the DJI Action 3 won't pair up to my helmet intercom if I'm already playing music from my phone. In fact, what happens is all audio is completely eliminated from the video recording. However, once music has stopped playing from the phone, the Avantree C81 will automatically pair up with my helmet intercom and audio is restored to the video recording. So, if you're like me and you enjoy listening to music through your helmet speakers as well as want crisp clear audio in your video recording then this isn't possible.When the camera is switched off with the Avantree C81 connected, upon switching back on it does take 3-5 seconds for the device to connect automatically which means the initial 3-5 seconds of the video recording has no audio which is slightly annoying.

Sound quality and latency is great very recommended on that point. But every Time I turn on my ps5 I get asked what acount is using the device ad i have to go into the sound setting to set up sound output and mic input which is annoying. Other than that it's great.

Blew up two ps5s!!First one I didn't think this could be the issue but when I got my replacment I plugged this in and the playstion fans went on overdrive and console died same way the first one did se has to be this device. Customer service where not helpful at all and have ended the case before coming to a resolution with me

I have been after a device which lets me use my own private Bluetooth buds and pods to my work laptop. Unfortunately work have locked down the Bluetooth driver so all I could use was the work provided sennheiser Bluetooth headset which comes with a usb c dongle, nothing more.I have tried so many devices, this was my last shot. Well what can I say. It works perfectly on the works pc. Also works on the ps5.Really easy to use. Comes with a usb c to usb b adaptor and a headphone jack adaptor.It is expensive but it appears to be the only device which does what it says.Highly recommended.
