Does it blow air? Or just heat up?

It just heat up. It's a heating brush, but not hot air brush.

Has anyone with medium length, straight, thick and fine hair used this? if so, how well did it work for you? i think i've tried every brand out there!

I have a medium length wavy fine hair and really like this product. It has multiple heat settings and the longer you keep your hair in the brush the more curl and less frizz you get. This is also the first curling brush that none of the teeth have broken. You can’t go wrong for the price.

how soft are the tips?

The brush tips are hard plastic, this brush is more like a curling iron with brush tips....I was disappointed when I saw it as I wanted soft bristles but I really like the way it curls my hair

How do i use it in egypt? it had no instructions!!!!! help!

The curling iron will work with any VOLTAGE from 100V (the United States is typically 120V) TO 240V (according to a Google search - Egypt has 220V) So there is nothing that you have to do to the curling iron brush . You do have to use an ADAPTER PLUG to insert into the power outlet in Egypt for the prongs of the curling iron brush to plug into.
