These cards are made of the perfect material and are durable enough to be used as archival sleeves. For the really expensive cards you own that you plan to keep and cherish forever, this sleeve plus an outer sleeve is enough protection for a card left in a non-ring binder. This is the premium quality version of sleeves, I recommend cheaper sleeves for cheaper non-expensive cards and decks. But for any card worth 100$ or more I only feel comfortable recommending this or dragonshield. For archival reasons these are slightly better.
