Multipet Gumby Dog Plush Toy - Squeaky Toy

My doggies love this toy. It's one of their favorites. It's soft and small enough to handle with their mouth. It's not very durable for dogs that like to chew their toys. They do like the squeaky inside the toy and will play with it for hours.

This plush Gumby toy was an instant hit with my dog. The soft material makes it great for carrying around the house, and the long, flexible arms and legs make it easy for dogs to grab during playtime. The squeaker adds just enough excitement to keep my dog interested without being overly loud. The stitching and overall construction feel well made, especially for a plush toy. While no plush toy is indestructible, this one has held up well during regular play, and it still looks great. The unique Gumby design also makes it a fun change from the typical dog toys. Overall, this is a cute, well-made plush toy that's perfect for dogs who enjoy squeaky toys and carrying plushes around. It has been a fun addition to our dog's toy collection, and I wouldn't hesitate to purchase it again.

My dog absolutely LOVES her gummy. Carries it around like her babydoll!!! Well made, excellent value, has held up to a tough cheers. She doesn't chew it but loves on it. Love ❤️

Now, this is not an expensive product. I knew this going in and didn't expect it to last very long. It's a small toy. It probably took my morkie about a week to pierce the squeaker. He still enjoys the toy and I'm happy he didn't rip the squeaker out. Durability wise, its thin enough for doggie teeth to sink right in and puncture the squeaker right away. On the other hand he hasnt ripped any seams or made any holes for stuffing to come out and still happily plays with it. If you have a dog who loves to rip and nibble and destroys toys fast, I would not recommend but if you have a more chill dog then this would work for you. Would especially be good for a puppy due to the size and the squeaker issue. I'm happy regardless!

I ordered Gumby mostly because well, he is Gumby! But the price was right too! Gumby has a true bright green color (as he rightly should have)with soft extremities and body with a squeaker inside the body. The face is embroidered so there are no pieces to come loose which might cause choking. The fabric is almost velvety soft but not fuzzy or stringy. After 3 days of vigorous back and forth playing between my Doberman and my sister's retriever-border collie mix, Gumby remained intact with no threads pulled, holes, tears, with only a coating of doggie slobber! All in all this toy has been a great success proven by the fact that my niece dog absconded with Gumby as we were leaving my sister's house after a 3 day visit. So in actuality this is the second Gumby who has taken up residence in our home. and he is a winner in true Gumby style! Top 3 Likes: -He's Gumby! -Soft fabric, well constructed, and adequate stuffing -Embroidered features and working squeaker Top 3 Dislikes: -Cleaning is an issue as puppy slobber accumulates rapidly -Just a tad small for a 70+ dog, but he loves it just the same -Sadly, Pokey was not offered!

Bigger than I expected, fuzzy, and cute! Great for a small dog who isn't too destructive.

My dog loves these things BUT: The first one lasted 2 days. The stitching along the leg looked a little loose before I gave it to our dog. So I watched her very closely. She went up to see my roommate with it and thank goodness he was watching closely as well because it was then that she ripped the entire thing open and the squeaking ball came out. The problem with the ball is that it is so small- it would be easy for a dog to choke on. I do have to give the seller some credit because they sent another one when I explained that the stiches were loose. I did not have to mail the first one back. The second picture is the second one that they sent. It lasted less than 10 minutes. I DO NOT recommend getting it replaced after you have a "failure"(especially if you don't know how to sew)!!! Why? Because when the second one was in my dog's grasp she had already figured out that the seems were... her target for destruction... She held the legs with her front paws, grabbed the head with her mouth and just started pulling like crazy until- yes. A seem opened again. What started as a small opening in the seem quickly turned into a bigger one. This probably sounds crazy, but we have very smart dog... She was seriously concentrating on the same seem- biting the same area and pulling with her head over and over until the hole became big enough to get stuffing through it. It may be a mistake- we will find out... But I am thinking about sewing the second one back together and reinforce every seem with a "second" seem using some very strong thread. I figure I would rather waste 20 cents or so on the thread to try to fix it, then buy another dog toy from this "brand". When I do this I will also pull ALL of the stuffing out so if it does rip open again, she won't be able to eat any of it. The stuffing looks synthetic and it is low quality- I don't trust it as far as toxicity... All this being said= if there were two layers of fabric with the inside layer being a stronger material, it would make the seems harder to pull apart. The way it is now you have this weak (albeit soft) fabric so when they sew it together the tiny holes left by the needle make the fabric in the seem area easier to tear. This, along with the thread itself being weak and easy to "snap", means that you should only expect it to last more than a day if your dog does not chew anything at all that is not food. 5 starts for the seller though...

My dog loves toys that he can grab ahold of easily. He loved this Gumby for a couple of months until he got worn out and ripped out. Great quality for a big bully breed beating up on it all the time! Squeeker worked great and my dog had lots of fun.

Je l'ai pas acheté pour mon chien mais pour moi. J'adore gumby
