Great Package Deal
We had never used one of these before. The instructions were good and provided a step by step. It came with balloons, rings for the balloons, ribbon and a tying tool, and more than enough helium to fill the ones provided and others you buy for decoration. The price was good, we had no problem keeping everything afloat...

Shame on you , ripping off customers !
Biggest rip off ever! This is very expensive for the helium tank to only accommodate 20 balloons and also balloons did not hold up even for one day. return policy is that you can't return it so I feel totally cheated ,who ever even thinks of ordering this please don't you will be very disappointed and out of a lot of money.

Good Value
Having bought numerous helium tanks over the last 25 years I knew how to use one. You can go online to watch a youtube video on how to inflate a balloon. We received a tying tool as well as some plastic flower things which I couldn't find any instructions on how to use them. So they were a waste. I would have loved to know how to use the tying tool as some of the balloons were difficult to tie off. Over all a great value and having the weights was really a nice feature.
