I wanted to make a special orange cake for my husband’s 85th birthday. The recipe I found called for Olive Oil with the addition of Blood Orange. Even though the price was sky high, my husband and my guests thought the cake was out of this world, making the cost of this Blood Orange infused Olive Oil worth every penny!!!

This is one of the best olive oils I have tried! I bought the lemon and the fragrance was intoxicating! The taste was full-bodied and floral. I topped burrata, heirloom tomatoes, and basil with this beautiful olive oil and and a drizzle of balsamic honey vinegar reduction! Amazing! It's on permanent rotation in my kitchen!

I use this instead of butter, even on toast. I really like it. A little expensive but worth it.

Very nice oil with subtle smoke flavor. As a piscatarian, tha addition of the smokey flavor to my cooking can wake up the flavor of many vegetarian dishes.
