Easy to install and works great
This weather stripping worked really well for sealing gaps around my door. The adhesive is strong and sticks securely, and it was easy to cut and apply. It made a noticeable difference in blocking drafts and improving insulation. The foam feels durable and does exactly what it's supposed to do. Great value for the price, definitely recommend!

Easy to apply and high quality
We used this tape to seal a room where the barn door left a crack. It works very well for noise control and has stayed put incredibly well. The only down fall is, the last remaining bit of the tape where it was curled in the middle wonโt ever straighten out and just peels off, so you lose about 6-8 inches. Keep that in mind when ordering. Itโs pricey, but was a great cost-effective alternative to more expensive options we had in mind. Using a hairdryer really helped with the application.

An Affordable and Effective Solution for Drafts and Noise Reduction
I recently purchased the MAGZO Door Weather Stripping for my home and I have to say, I am impressed with the results. This product comes in a pack of three rolls, with a total length of 50 feet, which is more than enough to cover all the windows and doors in my house. The strips are 1/2 inch wide and 1/8 inch thick, which is perfect for creating a tight seal around doors and windows. Installation was a breeze, and the adhesive on the strips is strong enough to hold them in place without any additional support. The weather stripping is made of high-quality materials, which ensures that it will last for years to come. It is also very flexible, which makes it easy to install around corners and other tricky areas. One of the best things about the MAGZO Door Weather Stripping is how effective it is at keeping out drafts and noise. I live in an area with a lot of traffic, and I used to hear every car that drove by. But after installing this weather stripping, the difference is like night and day. The noise level has been greatly reduced, and my home feels much more peaceful and comfortable. In addition to reducing noise, the MAGZO Door Weather Stripping is also great for keeping out the cold. Since installing it, I have noticed a significant decrease in the amount of heat that escapes through my windows and doors. This has not only made my home more comfortable, but it has also helped to lower my energy bills. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase of the MAGZO Door Weather Stripping. It is an affordable and effective way to make your home more comfortable and energy-efficient. The only reason I didn't give it a perfect 5-star rating is because the strips are a little thin, which may not be ideal for some larger gaps. But for most doors and windows, this product is a great choice. MAGZO Door Weather Stripping is a popular brand of weatherstripping that is designed to seal the gaps between your door and frame to prevent air and water infiltration. Another competitive brand that you might want to compare it to is the Duck Brand Heavy-Duty Door Weatherstrip Seal. Here's a comparison between the two: 1. Material: MAGZO weatherstripping is made of high-quality silicone material, while the Duck Brand weatherstripping is made of durable PVC plastic. Both materials are known for their durability and weather-resistance. 2. Width: MAGZO weatherstripping comes in a width of 1 inch, while the Duck Brand weatherstripping is available in 1.25 inches width. Depending on the width of your door frame, you may need to choose the appropriate size for proper fitting. 3. Adhesive strength: Both brands of weatherstripping come with strong adhesive backing that adheres to the door frame effectively. However, some users have reported that the adhesive on the Duck Brand weatherstripping is not as strong as that of the MAGZO brand. 4. Noise reduction: Both weatherstripping brands are designed to reduce noise transmission through the door frame. However, some users have reported that the MAGZO weatherstripping is more effective at reducing noise than the Duck Brand. 5. Installation: Both brands are easy to install and require no special tools. The MAGZO weatherstripping comes with a user-friendly guide for easy installation. 6. Price: The price of both brands is relatively similar, but the MAGZO weatherstripping is slightly more expensive. Overall, both MAGZO and Duck Brand weatherstripping are great options for sealing your door frame. The choice ultimately depends on your personal preference, specific needs, and the size of your door frame. Here are some tips and tricks that you can use to get the most out of your MAGZO Door Weather Stripping: 1. Clean the surface: Before applying the weather stripping, make sure that the surface is clean and free from any dust or debris. Use a damp cloth to wipe the surface and let it dry completely. 2. Measure carefully: Measure the length of the door frame where you want to apply the weather stripping, and make sure you have enough material to cover the entire area. Cut the weather stripping to the required length and apply it to the door frame. 3. Use adhesive properly: MAGZO Door Weather Stripping comes with a self-adhesive backing. Make sure you remove the protective layer carefully and apply the stripping firmly to the surface. Press the weather stripping firmly in place to ensure that it sticks well. 4. Check for gaps: After installing the weather stripping, check for any gaps or areas where the stripping is not properly attached. If you find any gaps, use additional stripping to fill them in. 5. Test the seal: Close the door and check to see if it seals properly. If you still feel any drafts, you may need to add additional weather stripping or adjust the existing stripping to ensure a tight seal. 6. Maintain regularly: Check your weather stripping periodically to make sure it is still in good condition. Replace it if you notice any signs of wear or damage. By following these tips and tricks, you can ensure that your MAGZO Door Weather Stripping provides effective insulation and helps to keep your home comfortable and energy-efficient. Here are some advantages and disadvantages of this product: Advantages: 1. Energy Efficiency: One of the primary advantages of MAGZO Door Weather Stripping is that it improves energy efficiency. By sealing gaps and preventing drafts, it helps to keep indoor temperatures more consistent, reducing the need for heating and cooling, which can lead to energy savings and lower utility bills. 2. Easy Installation: MAGZO Door Weather Stripping is easy to install and requires no special tools or expertise. The product comes with self-adhesive backing, making it simple to attach to the door frame. It can be easily trimmed to fit any size of the door or window. 3. Effective Sealing: MAGZO Door Weather Stripping is designed to provide an effective seal, preventing drafts and noise from entering the room. The product is made of high-quality materials that are durable and long-lasting. Disadvantages: 1. Limited Colors: MAGZO Door Weather Stripping comes in limited colors, which may not match the door or window frame. This could be a disadvantage if you are looking for a product that blends seamlessly with your home's dรฉcor. 2. Short Lifespan: Some customers have reported that MAGZO Door Weather Stripping has a relatively short lifespan, especially in extreme weather conditions. The adhesive may weaken or the material may deteriorate over time, requiring replacement. 3. May Leave Residue: In some cases, MAGZO Door Weather Stripping may leave a residue on the door or window frame when removed. This can be challenging to clean and may damage the surface if not removed properly. Overall, MAGZO Door Weather Stripping is an effective and easy-to-use product that can provide several benefits. However, it's essential to consider the potential drawbacks before making a purchase. Here are some dos and don'ts to consider when installing MAGZO Door Weather Stripping: Dos: 1. Measure the gap: Before purchasing and installing the weather stripping, measure the gap around the door to ensure that you purchase the right size. 2. Clean the surface: Clean the surface around the door where the weather stripping will be applied. Use a cloth and rubbing alcohol to remove any dirt, dust, or debris. 3. Apply pressure: When applying the weather stripping, apply firm pressure to ensure that it adheres properly to the door frame. 4. Use a sealant: Use a sealant around the edges of the weather stripping to ensure that it remains firmly in place. 5. Test the seal: Close the door and check for any gaps or drafts. If there are any gaps, adjust the weather stripping until a tight seal is achieved. Don'ts: 1. Overlap the weather stripping: Do not overlap the weather stripping, as this can create gaps and prevent it from adhering properly. 2. Install on a wet surface: Do not install the weather stripping on a wet surface, as this can prevent it from adhering properly. 3. Use too much pressure: While it is important to apply firm pressure when installing the weather stripping, be careful not to use too much pressure, as this can cause it to tear or become misaligned. 4. Rush the installation: Take your time when installing the weather stripping to ensure that it is properly aligned and firmly adhered to the door frame. 5. Forget to check for gaps: After installing the weather stripping, do not forget to check for any gaps or drafts. If there are any, adjust the weather stripping until a tight seal is achieved.

Using in combination with a foam under-door draft stopper to dampen sound
I applied the 1/8 in thick 1 inch wide strip all the way around a metal door frame so there was no visible gap when looking at the door from inside or outside between door and frame (except not on the floor- using a foam draft stopper there). It was easy to apply. I cut it into segments of varying lengths to make it fit as needed and also that is easier than trying to attach very long strips precisely. The longest segments were about 25โ. A few times during application I had to reposition and I had no problem doing that. Despite repositioning and being on metal the adhesive is holding just fine. I pressed on it firmly several times along the full length of each piece after applying. I think that compressed it a bit because right after it didnโt at first seem to make a difference reducing noise. I think that over about 48 hrs the neoprene expanded back to thickness because it was at that time I did suddenly notice the damping effect had become much, much more significant. I was initially disappointed the day I installed but then was surprised later on that it was working suddenly far better. This is preventing sounds of tv, music, and conversation from emerging around the door of my unit into the hall of my building. Our walls here are thick acoustic damping concrete and prevent noise going into the next door unit exceptionally well. The doors to hallway are another story. Everyone uses an under door draft guard but the combo of one of those with this foam is superior. Opening and closing the door is not affected, so the thickness was right for me.I did measure carefully before ordering.

Just the job
Offers good resistance when under compression but still malleable. Used between rafters and solid polycarbonate sheets for my lean to pergola. Keeps the rain noise down well, acting both as sound muffling and cushioning for potentially brittle sheets in storms. Not weatherproof but perfect under the cover of the roof itself. Can imagine dozens of uses. A really nice product with a strong adhesive backing.
