Petmate 3-Cup Food Scoop with Measuring Lines Dishwasher Safe Assorted Colors

We have a medium sized dog,a black German Shepherd,so this scoop made sence,it is a lot easier to get the food out of the container than the round one our container came with, its sturdy and it has some measurments on the inside,you must practice that part a bit , the measuring out the dog food ,because you might make the scoop with the food flatter one day ,and another day a little fuller vertically ,and the same horizontally.And a very nice characteristic is , that it does not get full of food crumbs,it always comes out clean.

Bought it to use for feeding felines. Too big for my needs. Not sure what I was thinking! The scoop is marked along the sides of the scoop from 1/2 a cup to 2 cups one way and up to 1 1/2 cups the other way. The sticker says 3 cups. My scoop was made in Bangladesh. The handle is pretty decent in diameter and feels fairly sturdy (better plastic than the $1 store stuff). It is fairly large, see can inside scoop. Wished it would have work for my needs.

I don't use this for food. I use it to replenish litter and it is working out great. I mean what am I going to say? It's a scoop, it is nice and strong, no real flex when scooping, it has a good capacity. I am sure it would scoop food just as well as it does litter... Please don't use it for both. Just buy two and keep track of which is which... Otherwise you are a monster.Also, in case you were wondering, the scoop we do use for food is smaller. A scoop of this size would not do at all. Big mess.

I purchased the scoop for my chicken feed and scratch. It’s listed as a 3 cup scoop, which I specifically wanted to fill their bins faster. However, when it was received it was actually a 2 cup scoop. It is sturdy and works just fine, the only reason I’m docking it one star is because it’s not what the description says. It did arrive on time and works fine though.

Nice scooper that feels sturdy and can scoop a lot at once. It's even bigger than I thought, which for me is a plus. I got this to scoop clean litter out of the big bags and boxes to pour in the litterbox because it's too heavy for me to lift the big bags I get, but I don't want to have to make 50 small scoops to change it. It would be good too for scooping large quantities of food out of large bins or bags (like maybe for multi-animal households).

It’s the per size for pet kibble. It seems sturdy enough but it’s plastic. It was expensive for what it is but it seems everything is right now.

As our puppy has grown, we've found it best to have two dog food containers: one 50qt one to empty the new bag of food into and store in the broom closet, and then a smaller 8qt one to hold a week's worth of food in the pantry for easier access. Rather than have to tip over the large container to fill the small one every week, I bought this 3 cup scoop to fill the small container and it has worked very well. Using this scoop makes the job much faster and cleaner than using the 1 cup scoop that came with the large food container. This scoop was also a lot less expensive than some other similarly sized scoops.

Great scoop for kitty litter. I buy 40lb bags of litter which I cannot lift. This scoop is solid, large enough to hold enough litter to do the job and sturdy. If it works for cat litter, should be great for big bags of dog food.

I bought it to pick up cat litter pellets.It is X-large in size really good for what I need.Very happy with purchase!

It is a sturdy scoop. I used it to measure dry food for my large dog. The measurement is quite accurate.
