challenging workout
Challenging and fun. This workout will really make you sweat. I find it to be more challenging than her first peak dvds. If you want to burn a lot of calories...buy this!!

Hated it!
I’ve had this DVD for years and have tried to like it but after using it again today it went right in trash-her strength moves are ok but at times she has you moving way too fast while using a weight/I really thought I’d injure my neck or throw my back out.Her cardio is just downright spastic-reminds me of old Jazzercise classes-hated them then and hate them now-just watching her made me dizzy and some moves are just too ridiculous to attempt-I will stick to my favorite instructor Cathe Friedrich and pass on Michelle as I have donated or trashed nearly every DVD I bought by her

I love it the only thing movements are too fast
I love it the only thing movements are too fast ! She changes very fast from exercise to another but it really works and I sweat a lot! Is too soon to give a complete review about its results. Later I'll post

Awesome workout!
I have most of Michelle's Peak series and love them. The cardio strength are great for those days when you want to incorporate resistance training with cardio. She does the five blocks, beginning with the weights for the ascent and then goes to cardio for the "climb" to the peak. The first block does not have the Peak moves. Not sure why, maybe because it's the warm up block? I'm advanced (I've done Insanity, Amy Dixon Breathless Body workouts) and this gets my heart rate up within the first few minutes. Be forewarned that she does move quickly and it's a good idea to preview the workout a few times. I'm coordinated and like the challenge of new moves, so this did not bother me, but other reviewers have commented about it. There are a few moves in the strength section that I don't care for (the push ups, etc) so I do another exercise with the weights until they finish. Other than that, I use this DVD often and still enjoy it!
