everything was perfect... the adhesion is not real strong I think if back was left with residue or particles from previous application it might not stick well. I would buy again if needed

Pretty straightforward product. After having my watch for a few years my rear back plate cracked. Not quite sure how that happened but it did. Found this replacement for what I considered an excellent price. The instructions recommend that you remove the back half of the watch and then remove this plate to install the new one, however I was able to leave my watch assembled and easily remove the back plate and get it cleaned up before putting on the new one. Very straightforward process. The only thing that I did not like about this kit was the tool to remove the screws they sent was a small screwdriver, not anything close to the unique triangle shape for the screw head that's in the watch. Quality product and saves you from having to buy a new smartwatch. Buy with confidence.

The lens DOES work... however make sure the lens & especially adhesive is perfectly aligned. As I ruined my watch (wearing it while swimming). The adhesive was not water-tight! A mistake on my part. The YouTube instructions could be more precise, in my opinion. Also, I recommend a well lit working area so you can see EXACTLY what you're doing.

It was difficult to install but I finally got it to stick. It has only lasted a few weeks. It no longer adheres to the back of the watch. I would waste the money,

Back of my Galaxy watch fell off while I was working in the garden. This came with everything I needed. Glad to have my watch back. Works just fine. Highly recommend this seller.

Preliminary review : I received the product in good order. I purchased specifically this product rather than other equivalent for the watch because the Y Screw Driver was included, I unfortunately don't have a proper Y Screw driver. The screw drive provided does not have a sharp enough profile to hold on the screw and rotate it. I tried to unscrew all 4 screws and stopped as the screws heads started being damaged. Putting pressure on the screw driver did not help and size does not allow for easy pressure application. At this stage I am not able to peel the damaged glass from the back of the watch from outside and will need to buy a proper screw driver, undo the cover and push out from inside to release the damaged glass. This is turning into an expensive repair for what is a very small piece of glass and a sticker. Will update once I can continue the repair. Final Review : I bought a proper screwdriver to replace the one delivered and could open the watch without stripping the screws. While I was worried about glueing the glass properly I faced no issue, Hardest thing was to clean the old clue and glass shards which took some time. 1 star more up to 3. The Prying tool in the delivery is way to thick to open the watch used a very sharp blade to open the watch. I would have given more stars if some instructions where joined and the Screwdriver and prying tool where useful. Last question in my mind, will the repair be water proof ? no info, not sure I want to risk it as to test I would need to empty completely the watch and risk damaging sensors and screen.

This actually worked very well to repair the back of my Galaxy Watch 2. Unfortunately, the watch itself became unusable shortly afterwards due to problems with the display.

It fit my Active 2 well, it's durable, and it was so easy to install. You'd never know it was replaced!

I installed it myself on my watch 3 .fullfilled its purpose.
