We started out with the hammock on our cat tree that it came with. Decent size, bowl was 11.5" in diameter. By 6 months, our kitten was spilling out of it but loved it just the same. He's a pretty long boy and getting chubby after being fixed; I'd say he's a larger-than-average built cat, though not giant like a Maine Coon, for example. (See first pic) This new hammock has the biggest bowl diameter I could find at 13.5" that was a decent price, and it is so much better! Easy to replace. He fits easily and as you can see immediately took a nap in it. It holds his weight just fine and the metal frame is sturdy and durable. (See second pic, we put the old bowl higher up, and you can see the relative size difference.) Material looks strong with good seams, and is nice and soft. Very happy with this product! (Also my cat is crazy about the fluffy ball toys that came with it.)

My cat approved. Sleeps in it daily. Soft and roomy for her and she is about 9lbs. I replace yearly as it starts to wear through in spots.

The original hammock that came with the tree was way too small as my kittens grew into adults. Now, at 1 1/2 years old, they were "gifted" with this new, much larger hammock. And they are in LOVE! Both take turns snuggling in it, but here is the surprise. The pom-poms that come with it have become an obsession with my one cat! He manages to remove it, play with it for hours and then DUNKS it in his water bowl and sloshes it all over! (Yep, weird cat enjoys water play!). So it turned out to not only be a nice place for them to nap, but the pom-pom toys are a huge and unexpected PLUS!

We just bought our cats a new tree and they have been spending all day in the included cat pouch, low key fighting over it and refusing to leave; so I decided to get them a second pouch!! This one only has the one anchor so it definitely sags a little, but the wire rim is quite thick and it seems to be holding up even our heavier cat with no issues. They still prefer the original but this one is definitely still in the top 4 favorite sleeping places in the house. It was super easy to replace one of the existing side platforms with the pouch- we have a Frisco cat tree from Chewy and the hole for the screw was the perfect size and the color is almost a perfect match. Very happy with my purchase!

"Nests" such as these are the favorite for all kittens/cats that I've owned. It's basically the main place they sleep. So when I adopted a 2nd kitten, I needed another cat tree, and having 2 of these "nests" was my main search criteria. I was super happy to find these items can be purchased separately, so I was able to widen my search of cat trees and just add these during the assembly process. It was quite easy to do. Now both kittens have their own "nest" and they do enjoy sleeping in them for hours and hours. My kittens are 10 pounds each and still growing. I bought the larger size, 14.5", and they have enough room to curl up. I find the 14.5" size to be comparable to the size that I see on most cat trees and possibly a little bit deeper. I do think the 12.5" size would have been too small, but I could be wrong since cats enjoy fitting into small spaces. Nevertheless, as these kittens have grown, I'm glad to have paid the extra money for the larger 14.5" size. The covers do not remove for washing, which would have been a nice feature. These have been attached to my cat tree for several months and even now that the kittens are surpassing 10 pounds each the nests are still sturdy and not bending under their weight. I have no regrets and recommend this item.

Good quality, well made, soft fabric, but I returned it because it was a little smaller in reality than I thought and it didn’t fit well on my existing cat tree. My cats showed no interest in it, unlike the one that came with my tree (which they fight over). Also, there were no hanging toys with mine but I didn’t really care about them.

I had to get this replacement because my cats are a little fat and having an extra one was great and I didn't have to disassemble the cat tree.

I got this for my larger cat because he was a little too big for the other one that came with the cat tree. I was able to use both of them on the same cat tree. It took him a long time to actually start using it, but he uses it now And the funny thing is my little kitty uses it more than he does and I’m talking eight week old kitten and he looks so small in it. Nice material soft seems to be holding up good would recommend may buy another one. I apparently need three of them now.

Good quality and very good size. Had to replace the basket that came on the tree originally and this one is very similar if not identical. Fits a full grown, average sized cat with ease.

Like the product. Just have to get the cat used to it.

I like it cause it is bigger than average basket so my cats can lie comfortably in it. Strong enough for my 10lb cat, and no strong smell. Material is comfortable.

I am delighted with this replacement for my cat. He had worn out the original one. The hammock was the right size. The quality of the material is far superior to the original hammock. Pleasantly surprised that the replacement worked on the existing cat tree. I would buy it again

This is a large and respectable size. My cat has access to different beds ranging from hammocks to flat soft surfaces. He definitely has a preference for these circular hammocks.
