I've tried dozens of hot sauces over the years, and this one has earned a permanent spot in my fridge. The flavor is absolutely fantastic - it's got the perfect balance of heat and taste. So many hot sauces are just burn with no real depth, but this one actually enhances whatever you put it on rather than overpowering it. I've been using it on everything from eggs and tacos to pizza and grilled chicken, and it works great across the board. The heat level is solid without being excessive - enough kick to feel it but you can still enjoy your meal. This is definitely going to be a staple in my kitchen for a long time. I'm already planning to order another bottle or two so I don't run out. If you're looking for a hot sauce that delivers on flavor and not just heat, this is it. Highly recommend!

Very tasty hot sauce

I went on a year long hot sauce adventure researching and trying about 2 dozen highly rated varieties and this is my favorite selection. Some bite but still pretty polite and outstanding flavor. Great with fish, chicken and eggs.

I really love this sauce it’s one of my favorites it’s got heat for sure but I love the ginger flavor. I’ve had a few of queens majesty sauces and the all seem like high quality sauces they don’t get cruddy, crusty or separate and they use good ingredients

It is delicious, unique and has a nice mid-level heat kick from the Scotch Bonnet. I’m glad I gave this a try, that said, I’m not so sure I would make the purchase again. $15 for something that goes so quick has me hesitant. Because of the thin consistency and wide spout, it doesn’t plop down and sit atop your food in well measured dolops, but more pours over the food, eventually resting in pools on the plate. And sure that’s not such a big deal for a three dollar bottle of Tabasco, but you could easily go through a third of a bottle od Queen Majesty with a few friends at one sitdown meal. It seems kind of crazy to me to spend what is essentially $5 on the hotsauce used in one family meal. Let me come at this from a slightly different angle; it also tastes really good and is not overwhelmingly hot, certainly not as hot as traditional Tabasco… So you might use it similarly to ketchup or steak sauce, rather than the way you traditionally use hot sauce, sparingly... are use hot sauce at nearly every meal, this was the only bottle in the house I could easily go through it in a week, if not sooner.

Hot Ones fan or not, this sauce might change your life. If you're a hot sauce enthusiast or hot sauce curious, just buy it. Scotch bonnet peppers are a beautiful, dare I say underrated?? undersung?? contender in the pepper world, and ginger adds the perfect, complementary zest to this flavor bomb of a scrambled egg, potato salad (I dare you), whatever else you can think of companion. This sauce has a permanent place in my fridge. And wait, Queen Majesty is woman-owned? Preservative-free? Kosher and gluten free? Just buy this sauce, please.

This sauce came in a nice looking and protected box. It looks like a quality product. Nice art on the bottle. The sauce has body and is not runny and watery. I like that. The flavor is nice. Would go well on shrimp or chicken. I may try their other flavors as the flavor was complex and enjoyable. Not your typical hot sauce.

This hot sauce brings the heat, but not at the sacrifice of flavor. The ginger and citrus comes through with a nice burn to follow. Nothing overpowering if you like hot sauce, not for the weak of heat. I've bought this a few times and intend to purchase the entire lineup of sauces soon. Highly recommend to hot sauce enthusiasts.

Fantastic flavour with the right amount of heat. Worth every penny

This sauce is probably my absolute favorite. The taste is very fresh, with fruity brightness and some gentle heat. It's delicious in salads or just simply with bread and olive oil. I've known this sauce for three bottles so far and I am still in love.

Took this to a hotwings party with a group of 10, and everyone immediately said it was their favourite after trying it - without any prompting. It's got a nice, rich spiced flavour without being overly gingery, and the heat is very comfortable. I've also had it on cooked breakfast and it works just as well. Highly recommended, though get it at a good price as it won't last long.
