It stays on a long time for relief.

It was first used on my knee in physical therapy for knee pain and it helped me walk and get through the day when I had too. I bought the tape myself and applied it just like the PT did. Really easy to apply and remove in shower with warm water. Finally found out from orthopedic doctor it was a torn ligament and surgery would be a few weeks away, This tape really helped me during that time and Im so grateful I bought it. I highly recommend it for those going to PT and need it those days in between appts.

In the past, I have used this product with no issues for plantar fasciitis, I wore the tape for a couple of years without problems. Recently, I needed it for my knee so I ordered new tape. Unfortunately, it has caused a very bad rash that took a month to clear up. I really needed some knee support a couple of days ago so I taped my knee. Within twenty four hours, I’ve broken out into a rash again.

Loved the way it instantly relieved the pain and swelling and my recently broken ankle. I’ve been going to physical therapy for about a month and then making great progress, there’s only one thing left, and that was some achy on the outside of my ankle and some swelling. My physical therapist, Jen suggested trying some of the tape immediately I felt relief then, and the remainder of the day I took a picture of the box and immediately came home and immediately went to Amazon and purchase the tape!!!

This product is excellent. No blisters on sensitive skin. With tension helps with healing and support. Without tension helps with swelling and edema.
