I can truly say that after two years, with maybe only a handful of out breaks, this stuff truly works wonders. I used to have flare ups one to two times a month and I am now down to about one to two times a year. Great product!

Good product but I dont like the Maltodexdrin. Very bad ingrediant and it can also cause more acidity in the body.

Great product for gout pain. I had two episodes of what I am sure is gout within the past year. My ankle swole both times and I was not able to walk do to the pain. I went to see a doctor after the second episode and was given Prednisone and rescheduled for a follow up after giving blood sample. The Prednisone took the pain and swelling away, but a week later pain returned not as severe. Enough pain to hinder how long I can stand. I purchased Synergetic Uric Acid support and within two days the swelling and pain was completely gone. I have been using the product daily for two weeks and it's as if I never experienced swelling and pain over the last year! I have yet to go back for my follow-up doctor's appointment. The doctor will probably give me a prescription for gout, but it's good to know there is an over the counter product available that works.

I have had gout for over 20 years now and after several years of buying the pharma remedies I had to give it up when they hiked the prices up. Instead I simply altered my diet and stayed clear of all the foods that triggered my attacks.In the last 5 years or so though my attacks have flared up for no apparent reason. I have tried ACV, baking soda and other holistic remedies but nothing has really made a difference. Until I found these pills.I now take these weekly and when I feel like I may be getting a flare up. I have not been able to eat shellfish, eggplants or mushrooms in years. Beer and pork were ok years ago until my sensitivity really flared up.I recently had family come into town and knew I was taking them to my favorite restaurants. BBQ and Chinese. Two of the biggest ways to ensure I would get a gout attack. 2 pills in the morning and 2 meals during the meal and NOTHING happened the next day. My toe, ankle and knee had no stiffness or pain !I havent really pushed my luck any furhter but with a proper diet and these pills I havent had a flare up since I started taking them.
