I love the book and the history of the nba. I like to see Adam Silver and the NBA do a updated version to 2021 Have everyone from Lebron James to Kevin Durrant and young star players from Trae Young and Devin Booker. Love the Book

Our 10 year old is an avid basketball fan and loves statistics and team/player info. He would love an updated version of this book!

Great book, some interesting texts at the beginning floowed by previews of every NBA season in this period, a lot of statistics and redocrs. Interesting for every NBA lover.

Standard league reference book unites statistics from NBA & ABA years.

High quality coffee table book, brought it for a 12 year old who aspires to the NBA.

Setting aside the year in which this was printed and understanding it only has information through the 99-00 season, this tome still comes up lacking.Sure, it's great to have the stats of all the NBA and ABA players in one place. However, there are vast amounts of information missing, starting with the player stats. Player positions are amazingly not listed. Neither are places of birth/death. Also, stats for one season are combined if the player played for more than one team. These should be separated.Getting away from the stats, sections should have been created to list rosters for teams by year. (Can't remember who played for a specific team in a given year. Good luck figuring it out!) A list of trades would also have been very nice to have. Want to know what years a coach directed a certain team? Good luck with that, too!Given that all this information is not listed in an "encyclopedia", I can't rate this book above 3 stars. I have to wonder if I'd have been better off buying "Total Basketball" (printed in 2003).

The media could not be loaded.  Book came in perfect condition, pretty much looked brand new, which for a 20 year old book it is impressive. Lots of pictures at the beginning and breif history's which are great! Followed by a message from the various authors starting with MJ. Majority of the book is like owning basketball cards for every player because you get information on all of them that you see at the back of a player card-plus a little bit more. Then you get all nba, defensive nba stats etc. And the end has an index and a few quotes and messages from players. Last page being the Logo, Mister Outside, Jerry West has a small message that I won't spoil.

Lo compré de segunda mano. Llegó de Estados Unidos, de un biblioteca. Si quieres todo tipo de datos hasta el año 2000, este es tu libro. Impresionante.
