Do the jumbo cards have jokers?

The ones I received did have Jokers. However, I received 10 of the12 decks that should have been in the box.

Item listed as 12 decks of cards, did not receive all. Whom does a person contact?

I suggest writing a review to amazon the last time I wrote a review, the seller directly contacted me to try and make up for it.

Contact seller I was shorted 11 packs I bought box and you only sent 1 pack

I suggest contacting the seller.
