It’s a good way to exercise but the pressure is only 20 kilograms whereas it is written 60 kilograms and excessive use might lead to breaking of spring

I like this product or easy to use

Semed good at first. Didnt use much. 1 week later i used it on full capacity, squeezing hard and it shattered into pieces all over room. Selling Poor quality for max profit by seller/manufacturer. Couldnt return back.

Ordered two same products from diff companies. This one is trash compared to the other one

It does not have symbols on the knob so turning the side increases or decreases the tension of spring

Nice product to use and great quality but some times on max weight the body gets detached from the spring but it is easy to join it again.

I’ve been using the Grip Strength Trainer for a few weeks now, and overall, I’m really impressed. The adjustable resistance from 22 to 132 lbs is perfect for gradually increasing difficulty as your grip improves. It’s compact, easy to use, and feels durable—great for both beginners and more advanced users. One minor drawback is that the adjustment dial can be a bit stiff at times, and it might take a little effort to get it set exactly where you want. Also, some padding on the handles would’ve made longer sessions more comfortable. That said, it’s an effective and affordable tool for improving grip, forearm, and hand strength. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to enhance their grip training routine!

I have a desk job so any extra exercise helps. I thought I’d try this product out as it seemed easily usable, portable and practical. It proved to be all those things as well as very reasonably priced. As it says, the resistance is adjustable so it should work for all shapes and sizes. The product appears to be well made and durable and operates silently, which is important in some environments. I use it most days and it only takes a few minutes to feel as if the hands, wrists and lower arm have had a good mini workout. Good product and good price, you can’t go wrong.
