Attention for a person sensitive
Amazing but I can not handle it for someone like me who don't have a caffeine or coffee at all. Long lasting effect boost hight and makes insomnia so I'm reducing to 1g per week please read the product before using

Strong and effective
I know this product doesn’t give details about what’s in it but it’s literally the only Preworkout that I’ve leaned on for the past 8 years. It’s the only one that has enough caffeine to get my day started on the right path and allows me to get a really great workout in. I definitely know that caffeine is my only vice and that I have to ween myself off it this once every 8 weeks. I’ll typically use this two or three times a year. But I do understand that I should work on getting off this need for so much caffeine.

Did its job!
Only giving this 4 stars as today was my first day taking it and the taste was meh. I’m no stranger to preworkout… and I’ve tried this brand before, not this exact one though… I’m just getting back into the gym and have been taking another really good brand, however I got this one due to cost. I’ve pooped 3 times in the last 4 hours and this had me sweating during my 10 minute treadmill warm up at only a 2.5 incline, level 2.5 speed. Definitely had me locked in, and as a 5am gym girly, I need that extra wake up and focus to get me going.
