Bought the Garden of Life organic prenatal vitamins for my wife but she wasn't able to keep these down. Probably due to the iron content. So I got this SmartyPants gummies on the advice of her obgyn. My wife has been taking these for the past few days without any nausea or vomitting issues. And she also likes how they taste! So far so good. Also like the fact that these gummies don't contain iron. Iron can cause upset stomach. Even though the serving suggestion says take 4 gummies daily. I think two is enough. You'll still getting the same vitamins and minerals from eating food like fruits, veggies, meat, diary, etc. Prenatal vitamins are really just supplementals to your balanced diet for your the pregnant mother and the baby.

During pregnancy, I had a really hard time with the smell of traditional vitamins, but these SmartyPants prenatal gummies were a lifesaver. They tasted great and didn’t make me nauseous like other vitamins did. Plus, it was nice knowing I was getting all the nutrients I needed in a form that was easy to take every day.

These vitamins were a lifesaver for managing my morning sickness. I could easily suck on them and still get my prenatal vitamins, which made a huge difference in how I felt. They tasted great too, which made taking them much more enjoyable. I have bought 3 different prenatal gummy vitamins, and the Smarty Pants gummies have the methylfolate my Dr. said I needed to have in a prenatal gummy vitamin. They do not have a horrible taste when you eat them, and they have all the ingredients you need. I definitely recommend these prenatal vitamins.

I didn’t like my current prenatal. They were the typical horse pills to swallow and they had weird seaweed odors that made me gag. I am trying this chewable one instead. For me, the taste is much more sour than expected, and not in an entirely enjoyable way. The recommended serving is 4 gummies every day. Aside from not loving the texture and taste, I have to take 4 each day, and this bottle contains 80 gummies so the supply will only last 20 days. This one does seem like an upgrade from the nature made brand. It does not contain iron, if that is something you require in a multivitamin. I don’t mind the vitamin, but I would not purchase this again, and try to explore other options (there are so many!) and see what one is better for my palate and wallet.
