This is the best pre workout I’ve ever used and I’ve tried many different brands. It lasts a long time. I can usually put in an hour and a half to two hour training session and feel the effects all the way through. Plus it tastes great and dissolves quickly and completely in water. I highly recommend it for any serious weightlifter. I didn’t rate it high for beginners because it’s a very high stim pre and if you are a beginner I would recommend half scoops for the first few uses.

I simply loved it !! It doesn’t give you that sensation of heart attach , it tastes good , gives a huge boost throughout the workout. I am glad that I gave it a try!!

First time trying this flavor!!! If you don’t like the sensation on hand and eras from pre workout this is not for you! I reccomend to start with half spoon to see how sensitive you are with this. But really help to end my rutina on leg day
