Is it possible that the filter light would re-illuminate only six weeks after installing your filter?

Hi, Thank you for your inquiry. Since our filters are not from OEM, they may not rigger the indicator on your refrigerator. So could you please reset your indicator according to the refrigerator manual? Thank you. And the filter needs to be replaced every 6months by time or 300 gallons by usage, whichever comes first. More than happy with the fridge filter

I live in a hard water area and usually have to descale my kettle once per week, I only use fridge water in it. Since using this filter in my fridge I’ve not had to descale my kettle once per month. I think this filters out more than the Samsung ones do. I’m more than happy with them and I’m about to reorder some now. Half the price of the original, works better and you get two! Amazing and definitely recommended.
