This pack contains a 30 day supply of capsules and tablets. The idea is that you take one of each daily. The capsule contains fish oil and therefore omega 3, the tablet contains vitamins A, C, D3 and E, as well as selenium and zinc. A quality supplement, though not one that’s suitable for vegetarians, due to fish oil, and bovine gelatine capsules.

I'm familiar with the brand, ordered supplements from them before. So far I am happy with these supplements.

Quality product, good combination, useful for the coming Autumn season. Recommended.

Couldn't tell you if they are super effective or not but I've insisted my other half takes these daily because I am utterly sick of him getting ill all the time. Easy to swallow and no issues with texture or taste. It's pricey as you only get a months' worth but vitamins seem to cost the earth these days anyway so I suppose it is what it is.

☑️ As described and as advertised.☑️ Well packaged and well presented with easy to read, follow, and understand, dosage, instructions, ingredients and other key information.☑️ Tamper evident security blister packs.☑️ Although we never immediately recognise efamol as a brand it is part of Wassen - which we do recognise and has at least an hour opinion, a good reputation for vitamins and supplements.☑️ not short dated. Ours are best before November 2024. Plenty of time left on the best before clock.☑️ we like (given that this is a dual pack) that each blister pack contains both types of tablets that need to be taken each day. This makes them more portable as you don’t have to take multiple blister packs e.g. one for each type.☑️ we also like that we can easily identify with omega 3 capsules from the selenium, zinc and general vitamin tablets. It’s obvious to see what you’re taking.☑️ decent dosage levels in terms of %NRV - most at or above 100%.☑️ Dairy and lactose free should you need it - but not vegan friendly☑️ easy to swallow, no unpleasant aftertaste.Whilst we are unable to provide a meaningful quantitative assessment as to any benefits of taking these or any other food supplements, we can, however, confirm no adverse side-effects, like digestive discomfort, or excessive bloating et cetera.

I like this pack because the oil capsules do NOT leave you with fishy burps afterwards - like some fish oil capsules do.However, I find the combination of the oil capsule and the tablet irritating as if it's just a marketing gimmick.But both are easy to swallow and neither leave a bad taste in the mouth.Reasonable value for the pack.

You will have to make your own mind up on the ingredients etc and whether or not they are what you need in your life. Theses have Omega 3, Selenium, Zinc and Vitamins A, C & D3.This is split over tablets and capsules and you take one of each per day. At a tenner for a months supply these are good value for money.Both are easy to swallow so should be no problems for most people when taken with a glass of water.All in all, a good easy way to get some of those things your body needs.
