I am disappointed in the quality and serviceability (or lack thereof) of this product. First, the unit is useless; it never worked even after I used it for at least 20 minutes nonstop. It did not do what an epilator is supposed to do i.e. removed hairs from the root; It did not even work above the skin. Secondly, the plastic tip that's supposed to protect the shaver end of the unit broke inexplicably. What monstrosity is this? I think now that the reason the customer is forced to buy 2 units at a time is so that the manufacturer could get rid of its totally useless stock of so-called epilators.

Hurts like hell and is very noisy! And, i had to keep going over the same area and it still would not remove the hair (chin)/ I'm better off using the little battery operated one I already own. It's quiet and painless

So far it does what it says it does and don't be afraid of it thinking that it's cutting when it's actually pulling the hairs out by the root..Does a great job

I've had a few different if this style. These don't work well. They don't grab hair well at all.

was surprised by how well it worked on unwanted hair on lip and chin. Hurts a little but its better than tweezing or waxing when you get older and skin is more sensitive. I don't think it would work on large areas, legs or arms because its small size. But for face care I works well.

I received this product 2 days ago. Tried to get one hair off my chin. Forget it. It stops working in the middle of trying to get the hairs off. I am so disappointed in this. I gave one of them to my neighbor and sorry I did. It didn't work for her either. It is cheaply made. Will never recommend this product to anyone.

Ok I used this article twice. It's strong for some areas, specially in the face.

I loved this product. It removed my hair so smoothly and worked so much faster than tweezing. I also used it on my bikini line and it worked great.
