I needed an extension arm so bought these as they were reasonably priced.They work well, tighten up just fine and I have every confidence I them lasting

Good value, it’s plastic (obviously), and the screw/nuts are somewhat stiff which is a good thing. Seems to hold a hero 7 well enough when suspended from a middle/top mounting point of a MOD5 helmet well enough.Real test will be in a few weeks when I see how it holds up down some pistes - I’ll update my review then!Chose this over a rigid metal extension arm in the hip it was less weight and also offered more positioning options due to the three sections of it.

After less than a year of non-regular use, the arm snapped mid-cycle ride, dropping my go-pro on the road and smashing the screen. Fixings also very stiff and difficult to tighten. I wouldn't buy plastic again.

It's ok.
