Awesome quality of product with soft mesh . Heating is also very good. i got relief also in my back pain after 4 session with this .

I have used it for almost 20 days now. It's a great purchase for us as I feel handicap w/o it when I have gross waistpain. Even it helps in my spondylitis. However the speed now has gone down a bit but still it works good. Only wish it worked best all the time like when we bought it. Forgot to mention that it warms up the massage area which is really a great job.

The item I returned was very good. But only the cloth on it was torn. If you do a replacement then you should do the same thing but what if you give a pure qwality item. I want the same qwality item.

The massager stopped working within a month of normal use. For a product at this price, I expected much better durability. What makes it even more frustrating is that the warranty is only 15 days, which is far too short for a product that can fail so quickly. The product worked fine initially, but there seems to be no meaningful support once that short warranty period ends. Very poor quality and definitely not worth the money. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before purchasing this.
