Delivered only 2 chairs instead of 4 but quickly sent the rest in a couple of days.One of the chairs out of 4 turned faulty from the start with a screeching noise while rotating the seat and then after a few months, the handle broke as well which we used to adjust the seat height. Contacted customer service and they just said as it's been over 6 months (bought the item in May 2023) they won't replace the chair although I reported the screeching noise problem at the time of purchase.
