This is very much worth the money -- I strongly recommend this chainmail glove. I bought this for use with cutting garnishes and cutting homemade clear ice for cocktails. My hands can be a bit clumsy most of the time (i.e. a firm grip on my phone one second becomes a random, inexplicable drop the next), and I knew I needed extra protection when working with sharp knives for cutting fruits, vegetables, and ice. While the glove, at the smallest size I could order for my hand size, does have a bit of extra space in the glove (no more than a half inch), the fit is pretty good. Definitely wouldn't hurt to order a size down if your hand size is more towards the middle of the measurement chart (I'm the very end on the low side). This thing immediately proved to be a great buy on my first garnish prep use -- dang peeler coulda sliced my pinky off slipping off a lemon. The glove caught the peeler's blow, which was only a graze, and my pinky was safe. For cutting my clear ice blocks, this does have a pretty solid hold on the ice. It is not too hard to clean, but perhaps may be a bit tricky getting little bits of stuff caught in between the little links. All in all, the best $50 I spent towards preventing a trip to a hospital because of my derpy hands.

Fit perfectly for a smoker chef. Will protect from curting into hand when trimming meat with a very sharp knife.

Très bonne qualité mais les mesures des mains sur le site n'est pas bon ma main 8 1/4 et 31/2 mon doigt, donc il disent de prendre XS , mais le gant xs est trop petit, donc j'ai commander un small en espérant que cela vas être la bonne grandeur. mais la qualité est du vrais métal.
