1st thing, why does all the toaster manufacturers keep power cord so short? This is F***ing clear inconvenience , and does make no sense!! What is so difficult for them to keep length bit longer, can't understand electrical engg behind it!- Does not heat bread in short time. Had used Jaipan toaster. Compared to this one, it was heating too faster.- Fancy buttons, don't know what are they for, like defrost n all. No use or no special effect!- Went bad within few days. Don't know what to do with it?Wastage of money.

It is basically useless unless you keep it right next to an electrical switch. Power Cord is VERY VERY SMALL - only 50 cm / 1.5 feet long, it will not even reach from your palm of your hand to your elbow. Body does get warm to hot, based on usage. I would definitely NOT recommend this. Am not returning this because my mother does not want Amazon to suffer loss because of returning the item.

The product delivery was amazing - the very next day after placing the order. The toaster was well packed.PROs:The toaster browns evenly and works fine the past month that I have had it. Beause of the relatively lower power, however, one needs to keep the browning dial almost fully up to 7.Cons:The power cord is extremely small, but my having a table top plug mitigates it.

Apart from the short chord length identified by others (this is a real problem), after exactly 10 days of use (only ~25 bread slices),1. the plunger is malfunctioning. Needs to be jammed hard to keep it down. I am sure jamming it hard will result in breakage soon.2. as the toaster works and gets hotter, you need to keep reducing temperature else slices burn3. this morning toaster is making a noise like an old fridge!!
