Quality of product
I have purchased this product about 4 times over the last 3 years I do use it about 3 times a day with my dogs but the unit seams to only last about 6 months before something brakes on the product, I have called the manufacturer of the product and they sent my a prepaid shipping label and hade me return all of the other units that had broken over the last few years and they sent me brand new replacement products for each of the ones that I had sent them at NO CHARGE they really do stand behind there products and I would highly recommend purchasing this product from this company It is the service after the sale that is most important to this user

This is awesome
Sure it only goes 60 or 70 feet but that is further than this old chunk of coal can throw it. Plus it is plenty far to get my dog running hard for it. Cocking it is easy enough and doesn't take much strength but if you have had any arm or shoulder surgery it can be a minor challenge. I have had it about a year and I highly recommend this product
