I really like this magnesium glycinate..it will be my daily go to from now on... Its gentle on the digestive track does not run through you if you catch my drift. It has such a wonderful calming affect as well. Its very reasonably priced and its maker Jigsaw is a great company to deal with as well.. you need 5 mgs of magnesium per lb of body weight. These caps are 50 mgs each so I take 6 of these each night..and during the day in the am i take Jigsaws magnesium malate ( b free) SRT (sustained release) as its more energizing. So I take 4 of the malate (500 mgs) to start my day. I am really enjoying both jigsaw magnesium products. Now I know not all magnesium supplements are of the same quality or formulation and these have no bad ingredients in them. Appreciate even more Amazon carrying them..☺️

I notice better sleep. I’ve tried so many different brands too. This one is the best so far.

A CFS/Fibro doc recommended Jigsaw MagSRT B-Free, a time-released magnesium, to help with energy, pain, etc. I've been taking 1 capsule (which is a fraction of the recommended dose) of that during the day for a month or two and it's awesome. But, I still needed to increase my magnesium intake so I decided to add Jigsaw MagPure Glycinate at night since I've read that form of magnesium is good for sleep. So, after the malate wore off I tried 1 capsule of this Glycinate (50 mg) late one night. It hit me fast like a ton of bricks. I didn't pass out but I felt very weak, tired, etc. Slept great, but still, it hit hard and I'm glad I was home when I tried it. I got the same reaction the next 2 nights. People with health issues like mine tend to be more sensitive to some drugs/supplements than others, but still, I highly advise you read and follow the instructions with this. I contacted Jigsaw & they said it's fine to open the capsule & remove part of the contents to decrease the dose or to mix it in applesauce or whatever - this works much better for me than taking the full 50 mg. So, MagSRT & Glycinate both work well for me now. Customer Service responded quickly btw.
