BourjoisKHÔL & CONTOUR XL #001-noir-issime 1,6 gr

I buy this khol year now and at the beginning, it was all good and genuine which I buy elsewhere.only lately sometimes now they don't sell the genuine one ( from different sellers) and it breaks off and finishes quickly and the kohl doesn't work unless you coat it 4-5 times.but this one, the same pencil from this particular seller. it's awesome, glides very well and 1 coat is enough. perfect!

I used to purchase this item, this time thr pencil arrived blund. I had to sharpen it for 1st time use and ened up with 60% of the pencil gone by sharpening. The lead break off while sharpening itself. They have no choive to return or replace/refund. Amazon ain't helping with replacement or refund!!! Utter waste of money. Customer services shutoff with anauo reply to email and i emailed. Later regret to receive a lame reply from Amazon asking for to fill form!! As if i am applying for a loan LAMO.

Buen producto pero no le doy las 5 estrellas porque como ya lei en algún comentario... También me da la sensacion de que no pinta igual que los de antes. Aun me queda un poco de uno de hace años y siendo el mismo pinta algo mejor
