I was sceptical when ordering it but desperate after having serious neck pain causing a trapped nerve and agony. I used an ergonomic pillow and it didnt help once the damage was done. One night with this under my neck and I woke up able to mobilise my neck again. Its not the most comfortable sleeping position but really works for the purpose of neck pain.

This pillow is very comfortable giving good support to my lower back. The size is good and it does help with the pain. I know it has a bag but for me, it's a bit long to be portable. There is no smell from the memory foam and the cover removes easily for washing. It easily regains shape after I've squashed it all night.

I was really hoping that this would work, as I have a spinal condition in my lumber region as my spine is fused through Surgery. Which just puts extra pressure on my neck area because it’s carrying and overcompensating everything. I’ve already got a great pillow, which is a tempur cloud, but I just need something to go just at the base of my neck.Unfortunately, this is much further than I thought it was and my head and neck was actually sticking forward. Which put even more pressure on my spine.I think, if you don’t have any health conditions, this might work for you but for me personally it was just too thick and too hard.

Comfortable pillow, bought to help with a neck and rotator cuff problem. My previous neck pillow was hard.This pillow fit the bill exactly. Whilst made of memory foam it was soft and supportive, just what I was looking for. It cradles the head, when lying both on your back or on your side, keeping your neck in the correct alignment. Although, when you first see and feel the pillow, you may not think it will offer good support, but it does. There is also no odour.It has a silky soft zipped cover, which can be removed for washing. The pillow fits in a standard pillow case with ease. My only issue is, whilst initially it feels cool to lay on, being memory foam it does get warm, but not too warm.All in all it is a great buy and gave me the best nights sleep for a long time, after trying many pillows beforehand to find this one, that works perfectly for me.

Absolutely excellent! I use this every night to help support my back and hip. It really does make a difference, especially for arthritic and sciatic pain. I was sceptical when I bought it, but it’s a godsend! Well worth the money and I would highly recommend it 😊😊

A pleasure to sleep on! This is the 2nd one I've purchased as they don't sell the Pillow Slips on their own and I wanted a spare pillowslip whilst the first pillow Slip is in the wash.Great to take on holiday as it concertinas into a small ball and fits in the small bag supplied. Sleep well!

Excellent pillow for the neck. Really good support. Very good quality & well made. Ideal the cover comes off to wash. Small & ideal to take with you if going away on holiday. Very happy with my purchase. I would highly recommend.

I'm struggling with herniated disc and this roller provides literally ZERO support for lumbar section of your spine. Quick rebound which is good but when you lay on it it's just flat! It provides maximum 20mm of support when laying on the mat or bed.Also get's super flat when sitting (less than when laying) so probably all memory foam rollers are not fit for this purpose. I advise you to get McKenzie original hard foam roller for sitting positions and for laying half moon NONE MEMORY FOAM rollers.

I've been searching for the right pillow forever, and now, I've found it! I sleep on my back and need good neck support as I've gotten into my senior years. I've tried all kinds of pillows, and nothing has worked, ugh. Well, this little 4" thick, comfortable neck pillow placed onto the front bottom edge of a regular pillow inside a pillowcase has made me very, very happy!! My neck receives wonderful support since the memory foam is not too hard and not too soft, anywhere I place my neck. The rest of my noggin gets normal pillow support but my neck is in heaven. When you move your head, the foam responds with comfort and doesn't flatten out. I will change this review if anything changes, but: so far, sooooo good!UPDATE: I just bought the larger 5" x 18" size and love that one even more! I think it holds the height just a little bit better - my neck is so happy.

It is the right thickness for me, and is made from a soft but not squishy foam. It doen't flatten out. I like that the cover unzips for laundering.

Had to buy one for my husband because he kept stealing mine!I am recovering from a cervical strain as a result of being rear-ended. This pillow works, provides the support I need which relieves the pain.

Wish it was a half inch narrower.
